We usually ship out orders the following day however during busy seasons it may take longer, up to a week or so.

If you require a rush order, please put a comment in the comment field in the online order section or send out an email or phone call to advise and we will make sure your order goes out as soon as possible.

On average, shipping is anywhere from 12-15%. Shipping costs will vary depending on where we are shipping to, size of boxes, weight, pallet vs non pallet etc.

Each shipment cost will be unique to each order depending on all the above. Please note that all freight companies will charge extra, over and above our freight cost IF they are delivering to a residential address, for an inside delivery, the use of their tailgate to lower a pallet off of their truck or if they must call prior to arrival.

IMPORTANT: If we are shipping out any glass, metal, pots and planters or custom arrangements, NOT on a pallet, we are not responsible for damages. Such damages are rare but can happen.

To ensure safe arrival of your above products, we recommend, when possible, that orders with these items be shipped on a pallet.

Yes you can. Our cash and carry is located at 7110 Pacific Circle, Mon-Fri from 8:30am-4:00pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm excluding long weekends as we are closed on long weekends.

We ship out orders on a first come first serve basis unless you request a specific date. Orders usually go out within a day or 2 of order being placed. If you require your shipment on a specific day, please let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.

No. We are a wholesale company. We do not sell direct to the public. We sell only to business owners. You must provide your business registration in order to purchase with us.
